The carbohydrates that will do you the biggest favour or rather, kick your arse the least are carbs from the following food groups.
- Unrefined grains and oats
- Pulses and legumes such as kidney beans and lentils
- Nuts, walnuts, macadamias. (watch out for peanuts and cashews)
Remember, all of the above carbohydrates groups should still be taken in severely restricted amounts, your metabolism is not equipped to deal with large amounts of carbohydrates, YOU HAVE AN ILLNESS FOR LIFE don't ever forget it.

have been suffering from (DIABETES) disease for the past four years and had constant pain, especially in my knees.
