Unknown Rule For Keeping Blood Sugar Low

Okay people, I'll keep it short today, listen. I don't know if many of you know this but there is a real fundamental rule to helping keep your blood sugar levels consistent.

Want to know what it is?

Getting rid of as much stress in your life as you can.

That's right. Stress releases several chemicals in your body that basically set it up for action. You know what you body does when it need that extra burst of energy?

It pumps tons of glucose back into the blood, glucose that has been stored in various parts of the body in long chain molecules called glycogen.
