Diet Information For Type 2 Diabetes

With countles programs, courses, article and the latest and greatest in advice about what to eat and how much you should exercise if you have type 2 diabetes. One thing is crucial above anything else.
That is the control of your blood sugar levels obviously. And the best way to control them is through reducing your overall carbohydrate intake. This is no bull, within a few days you will start to see an improvment. You will not keel over and die if you cut back on the carbohydrates. Your body can manage. Any carbohydrates you do take, should be of the low glycemic range. Such as:

Nuts, (not cashews or peanuts)
Pulses
Oats

These will not push your sugar levels up quites so harshly but that does not mean you should gorge yourself on them either. Add them sparingly to your dishes.
