Is Low Blood Sugar A Good Sign For Type 2 Diabetes

In my experience, yes it is. This indicates that not only is your pancreas still working but that your blood sugar levels are in a safe range. The circumstances however, are a different story altogether. This may be a sever hypoglycemic reaction to high blood sugar. Your body had thrown out a massive amount of insulin to compensate and as a result it has gone from high to low.

Your best plan of attack it to allow your body to exert its effects naturally. For instance, try going without any carbohydrates in the morning. You will feel a little washed out but nothing compared to a serious hypoglycemic episode that you would have had, had you eaten too many carbs.

If you go without carbs and feel that slightly shaky weak feeling. Don't panic, see it as a good sign, a sign that things are still working. It is from here that you can map out a proper plan of action.
