This is my small contribution to the world of type 2 diabetes, I know its only one page but I really cant drag enough out of the depths of my soul to regularly add to this blog. Maybe I'll add some other stuff when the moment takes me.
Type 2 diabetes isn't the most fun one can hope to have but it certainly isn't the worst situation either.
With the right education and lifestyle choices, there is no reason why an individual cant enjoy life much the same as they did before any diagnosis. If anything, you should be able to enjoy it all the more, since your new choices will have you feeling better, healthier and far more positive.
Its all about making those right choices and sticking to them.
